THE COMPANY

SuperPro is an Australian manufacturer of automotive poly bushings and suspension parts based in Brisbane.

With over 30 years of experience in suspension and chassis systems, the SuperPro brand is part of a group of products and services including service workshops, wheel alignment specialists and wholesale distribution of a variety of suspension products. The company is focused on quality, service and innovation and has an enviable reputation in its core markets.

In Australia, the range is widely distributed and available through most leading wholesale distributors and retail outlets including Burson Auto Parts, Fulcrum Suspensions, SuperCheap. SuperPro is the preferred choice of many suspension and chassis service specialists.

SuperPro is also distributed in many countries around the world with export demand growing strongly.

THE CHALLENGE

Although SuperPro was very well known in the industry it had not developed a digital presence.

It needed to keep up with its competitors and to apply digital marketing to help it retain and build market share.

In developing this capability SuperPro needed to ensure it did not directly compete with its customers – its distributors. It therefore had to find a way to support and extend its channel’s sales activities.

SOLUTION

SuperPro contracted Enform to help it bridge the gap between its existing traditional marketing methods and the new digital economy that had revolutionised the auto industry globally.
Enform designed, project managed and built a new website for the company including an application database and lookup, Tradeview for its industry channel and technical image system.

The solution was mindful of the unique requirements of an export focused business. This required adjusting content and systems to cater for various markets. This was combined with promotional tools such as training videos, EDM’s using Automailer combined with an integrated social media and associated collateral.

OUTCOME

Since building the web site and implementing the new strategy the traffic to the company website has more than tripled in 12 months. This had directly led to improved customer engagement in Australia and overseas combined with significant increase in brand awareness amongst its export markets.

Thanks to a focus on relevant content and careful management, SuperPro now appears strongly in native search with high ranking on all key terms. The Tradeview portal is very popular amongst industry customers while the digital communications package keeps both customers and stakeholders in touch with news and developments.
